The doll you're referring to is Karasuishou, the true 7th doll. Rozen never built her though, later in the manga she possesses Hina's dead body and I believe it takes her form, looking the same as bara only white and the eye patch is on the opposite side. I read a summary of the manga story so far and this is true to the best of my knowledge.

Imma get me some Ouverture tomorrow. Didn't kno the subs were released already.
