I'm curious, did Capcom mention during any discussions about the music, the 2003 arrangements by their own label Suleputer?

"Street Fighter Tribute Album" (CPCA-1083)
CPCA-1083: Street Fighter Tribute Album - VGMdb

Given the high profile of those arrangers, and that Capcom Japan (or at least Suleputer) already owns it, was there was any considerations at any time to just use those?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

The game was 100% Capcom USA's project, so my guess is no. I certainly can't complain.
Thanks, that's what I assumed. I'm finding out from a different project that the USA and JPN sides of Capcom don't really share or mix their assets at all (which I think is kinda strange but I guess that's how things are).

There's nowhere I can't reach.
