Wow, this is a great list. I especially appreciate the links to Tsubasa RC raws and translations...

I've got two to add.

http://www.arlongpark.net/

It's, to my experience, the fastest place to get One Piece raws and translations into English. Though I've just visited Mangahelpers provided on the list, and they seem just as good (minus the camera pics arlongpark provides from time to time).

For those who can read Chinese, may also want to check out:

http://bbs.jojohot.com

They do loads of mangas, from One Piece to Berserk to Bleach just to name a few. High quality stuff, though it'd be a damn pain if you're looking to get older chapters/volumes from them. They are great for new releases.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

That would be Dynasty Scans.

The only group which have scanlated that which I found is Izumo no Ryuu, found on http://www.iryuu.net/ or izumo@irchighway.net . Haven't read it yet, but the cover art is amazing...

They seemed to have stopped scanlating that for a while though :/

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Since Pikari has stopped translating Tsubasa RC for a while, I think its appropriate I post an alternative source for the manga.
EDIT: Whoa, what are the chances... she just came back! Ah well - there you have it. The forum below is still a quick source for scanlations though.

http://www.capturedwings.net/forums/index.php
Go to their "Manga" section to find translations and scanlations of the latest Tsubasa RC chapters.

And here's a group that's not listed while I'm at it - they seem the only ones doing MSN:

http://www.aquastar-anime.net/
For the latest quality scanlations of Mahou Sensi Negima manga. Their forums updates regularly with the latest translation for RAWS they have yet to scanlate.

I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?
