Wow, I missed this thread before. This looks like it'll be a fantastic game as long as they don't royally screw it up. The airship battle system looks really similar to SoA, and that's really all that matters.

Bumping an extremely old thread since I just noticed a trailer for Nostalgia was released during E3. Apparently they're dropping the "Wind of" bit.
Nostalgia Video Game, E3 09: US Debut Trailer | Game Trailers & Videos | GameTrailers.com The trailer looks very nifty, and while I wish they'd shown more actual gameplay footage instead of all those anime cutscenes the bits of airship combat have me drooling. At 1:29 the trailer shows what looks like a dual-tech between party members, so hopefully both types of combat will be enjoyable. Here's hoping this fills the gap in my heart left by all the Skies of Arcadia 2 rumors over the years. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
