I signed up for Dofus after seeing a TV special on it ages ago, but only played once. From what I remember the free content was incredibly small and you had to pay to basically leave town. Though the combat was interesting the frequency made it boring very quickly, especially since each time you had to wait for the special battle grid to pop up.
