I've never understood how some people can stand to wear watches and jewelry while sleeping. It seems so uncomfortable just to save 5 minutes at most each morning. I can't even stand to wear my watch while typing in campus computer labs because of the tables.
Not to mention the effects I've seen from wearing a watch 24/7. A friend of mine wore his for a year, only removing it for showers, and still has a bright white band on his wrist to prove it. For a long time it was also skinnier than the rest of his wrist and looked really freaky. Jam it back in, in the dark. ![]() |
