When my brother was in college he went on a kick selling off a lot of our old games since he figured emulator versions would be just as good. Although it was him selling them, he had to ask for my permission on SNES games due to a deal we'd made (I had rights to all SNES stuff because I'd helped buy his N64). For some insane reason I OK'd selling off Super Mario RPG and Super Metroid. Ugh. Since then I've repurchased a used copy of Mario RPG for $25, but I've yet to find a copy of Super Metroid in good shape. Well, I did once, but it was $16 and the Wii's Virtual Console had just been announced. Surely Super Metroid would be released within the first few months, right? Right? ;___;
Also, I'm not sure if I OK'd this one being sold or not since neither one of us actually remembered selling it until I tried to play it last year, but Castlevania II: Belmont's Revenge for the Game Boy. I managed to replace that fairly quickly though, through a massive strike of luck at a Gamestop for $8.
