I usually focus on two to three games at once. If I'm serious about finishing an RPG, then it'll be that and a couple platformers or anything else that doesn't involve much thought. Occassionally I'll start two RPGs at once and focus on whichever gets good first. I'm good at keeping storylines and such straight; it's more a matter of time commitment.
