There's nothing more annoying in restaurants than people smoking. I usually try to sit a good distance away from the smoking sections, but sometimes it can't be helped if a place is crowded. I won't ask someone to put them out since they technically have the right to smoke wherever they want (no laws here, unfortunately), but it's incredibly rude and can ruin a meal.
