Haven't played since the first Tactics, but WTF:

No "Best Fit" in the fitting room?
Laws regarding races without explaining what race your characters are?
"New Abilities Learned." Great. Who? What did they learn? And what, this is based on what weapon they weild? Fuck that.
Considering there are only like 5 races and they're all quite different, I wouldn't consider that a problem. As for the "New Abilities Learned" thing, the next time you look at your Unit Info the people who learned something are jumping up and down.

The lack of "Best Fit" is pretty crappy, though. My main issues with the game are spells/abilities going into action instantly, no rotating the map, and EXP/AP being awarded after the battle's over rather than after each action. The Bazaar is a neat idea, but I wish they'd still given different towns different items.

I'm still really enjoying the game despite all the negatives. Luso isn't a wuss like Marche, and that's enough to satisfy me.

EDIT: Generic edited.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I picked normal mode since I read the only difference was something about enemies doing 1.5x damage.

My black mage is still stuck with the three base spells, but I did finally get a rod with a second white spell. I've actually got more summoner stuff than mage stuff.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I'm an idiot for taking on the Red King at lv.18 .
Ended up using both of my eureka crystals and barely survived the red king's attacks every turn. Constant back attacks with White Monks and Hunter's Sonic Booms made it all possible. At least I got enough gil to pretty much buy whatever I want.
I didn't bother looking at the Red King quest's level until after I'd already accepted it, and tried it at level 10. That was a fairly one-sided fight. Surprisingly I managed to dish out about 100 damage first, but only thanks to Air Render's godly might and her accuracy apparently being terrible.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

If it's the first one, holy shit .
Oh god no, there was no way I could win. I only managed to deal about 100 damage, mostly because she targeted my Monk last and Luso somehow managed to dodge every one of her doublecasts for the first two rounds.

How ya doing, buddy?
