I thought I loved cold and misty weather, since it was rare in most of the places I grew up in and I fancied myself more of a stay-out-of-the-sunlight sort of person.
Then I moved to Seattle. Now I say: Fuck cold and misty weather. In Seattle it is cold and misty most of the time. It's the middle of summer, and until yesterday the warmest it usually gets in the day is in the mid 60's. I got soooo depressed this fallwinterspring because the sun NEVER came out and I ended up with a serious vitamin D deficiency. Overcast is not my happy weather. Pleh! I'm out of here as soon as my grad degree is in hand. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
