Locke, in some places it costs money to be certified. Though, I agree to the extent that everyone should know how. You never know when your bf is going to keel over. O_o
For me, it was a prerequisite for lifesaving classes, which I've always regretted not finishing. *sigh* Jam it back in, in the dark. |
