All the Organization members in that scene that were unhooded were from COM. The one you were talking about was Vexen.

As for me, my first day having it, I've played about 12 hours. I just completed Agrabah.

I noticed a few changes in the POTC world.

Spoiler:

1. When Will Turner threatens to take his own life aboard one of the ships, he holds the gun to his neck as he does this. In the NA version, he doesn't.
2. When you cast fire on the pirate enemies, they're on fire. In the NA version, they're not.
3. The pirates with the shotguns or rifles (not quite sure what gun type they are), in the NA version, the gun has some kind of crossbow thing attached to the end of the barrel.
4. When the scene where jack is revealed to have the curse as well; when Barbossa stabs him, the sword is stuck in Jack as he sees himself as a zombie. In the NA version, the sword isn't stuck into Jack at all.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Like Elrasiel said, it'll always be 5000. On the other hand the max you can make by actually doing those jobs is 2000, and when you reach this amount you'll automatically stop.

You get Brave form when you first get your new clothes at Yen Sid's place. The name was changed to Valor in the NA version for some reason. I don't remember when you get Wisdom form, though. You get Master form when:
