Pretty = Face.
If you're described as pretty, you most likely have a good looking face. Not to say your body isn't good looking, it's just not very noticeable. Pretty inspires love more than lust. Eyes = Pretty
Hot = Body
If you're described as hot, chances are you've got curves in all the right places in your body. Not to say your face isn't good looking, it's may be anything from great to resistible. Breasts, Butt, Legs = Hot
I'm sure there are words where both categories would fall into one. Like, Sexy. Sexy = Face and Body work together as one.
