Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Sonic Rush basically a newish 2D Sonic game? Therefore, this isn't really a new thing, although it might be a welcome thing, if they manage not to screw it up.

Problem was never with the inclusion of friends anyway. It was with the inclusion of friends that sucked ass. Nothing wrong with Tails or Knuckles. In fact unless memory has betrayed me, I'd go so far as to say that Big the Cat was the only one from Sonic Adventure I thought was horribly tacked on. Oh... and the robot.
There's nowhere I can't reach.

The speed of the animation are too slow, as soon as it got that classic blurrfeet it looked quite good. But at the start up looks weird i agree.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
