When I was young I used to have these impulses. There used to be a lot of dents in the walls and doors and things where I had just needed to hit something. As I've grown older, I've learned that I can control these impulses msot of the time. Fortunately for me, I used to always take out my rage on things that weren't particularly expensive. I was always at least that calculating.
I have a buddy though, a few years younger than me... he recently broke an xbox controller and drop-kicked his xbox. I think he regrets that now, but his rage has yet to come under control... Jam it back in, in the dark.
