P.S. Why are a lot of hot/cute guys gay? I'm very curious. I go to the mall and see very attractive looking young males and 9 times out of 10, they are gay. Some more so than others. Some extermely girly, some quite flambouyantly gay, and some are just queeny. But they are all cute. Why is that?

1) How do you know they are gay? The ones who look flamboyant, or "
queeny" just might suprise you be being straight, and the ones who "look straight" might be gay.
If you're putting something like this out there, I'm curious as to how you're gathering your data. Please note that this is not an attempt at political correctness.
2) The ugly ones could be gay too. Think about it.
3) "Hot/cute" is a subjective measure. Maybe you're attracted to gay men. Which would... probably be a little self-defeating.

The guy does'nt know how to tell you fuck off nicely. So he is in "fading out" mode. He's not cool with you "liking him". Stop emailing him and you'll see what I mean.
You should get no emails from him during this "test" I want you to run. I'm not a homosexual or anything, but heartbreaks are all the same, so don't get your hopes up just yet.

This was also my first reaction. You (r[aV]el) need to leave him alone for a bit. If he doesn't contact you, then he's probably not interested. If you prefer not to do that, then I really would agree with the people who said just to make the offer openly. If he's interested in you sexually, he won't turn down the offer of no-strings sex. It's just that simple.
