Tiscali's speeds suck, and they only claim to be unlimted. In reality, if you so much as think about the internet during "peak hours" they will send you a nasty email, and once that process has been repeated 3 times, they will cut your already poor speeds in half.
Peak hours are 6pm -> 11pm weeknights, and 12pm -> 4pm weekends. Tiscali suck. I'm with Tiscali. Jam it back in, in the dark.
