It isn't entirely about that, though. You can be disconnected and/or fined without any proof or evidence that you were illegally filesharing. Also, this particular law involves the Dark Lord Darth Mandelson, the most corrupt man in British politics. God only knows why we haven't got rid of him yet. I'd bring back hanging just for him. And then I'd stake him through the heart,
and watch his grave for a week before I'd believe he was dead.
