Those 4 1-pointers are really good, if all for wildly varied reasons. I couldn't find a single reason, logical or otherwise, for me to give Dark Matter 3 points at the expense of any of those.

If you're a fan of the beat arranging, then I'd highly recommend the album, particularly for the first game's soundtrack. There's a number cheesy hard rock melodies thrown into the mix, as well. Personally, I'm a huge fan of the entire album and I actually had trouble singling out a track to represent it in SotW. I might nominate something from the second game very soon, even.
