I'm tired of this "if you include black people you're racist" state of mind that certain people have. I swear to god, if Capcom gets in shit for RE5 having blacks, I'm sueing the next fucking game that you kill white people for being racist. $20 sais that it would get thrown out before anyone would ever hear of it. That just goes to show how fucked up society is.

Maybe if we're lucky Manhunt 3 will be coming out around the same time and will keep people like Jacky boy busy sueing McDonalds for selling X360 toys because Manhunt 3 is on the system, lol. That way teir attention will be off RE5... but I dought it.

Oh well. just going to have to go get my court order and modified version of "Black Leon" in RE4 -PC ready to sue Capcom if someone sues over RE5. We'll see who sees the $$ first, lol.

Ummmm... not really. We're preparing for something that has been made into a circus act by the press. It's not like we're the one's going out and saying, "Uh oh, this game is VIOLENT and RACIST. I'm sueing!". So I don't see how you think we're, "Shooting ouselves in the foot".

Also how can the PSN version be better simply because it's on the PS3? It's not like the videos were done on each of the hardware. Hell with an '09 release ALL footage is probably coming off a PC build most likely. Only thing that could change wuality is the resolution of the videos themselves. Either that or Capcom is trying to screw MS over. (Maybe they're part of Epic's club )

Stretched? That doesn't make any sense. Both resolutions are in the same 16:9 or 16:10 resolution. MEaning that your source don't know jack shit about what they're talking about.

Well it depends on the invicidual engines and how they're programmed that decides which version is better. Ypu can't just say that system A is better at something then system, when the potential of these systems being used right now are probably something like 360 -> 75% and PS3 -> 50%. Devs still have no clue how to use dual-core, nevermond triple or octa-core. Once tools are designed to use these cores and power efficiently THEN and only then will we know the limitations of each system.

Either way though, a game has to have a source build and that means that it therefore has to be on one system before it can be worked on for the other. That's just how things are. Also things are in the VERY early stages where developers are starting to use the PS3 for their source builds due to more cores and the Blu-Ray and then porting the game to the 360. So by the time RE5 is in the Alpha stage to run on console hardware I would guess that running things on a PS3 first will almost be common practice. (for mukti-plat games)

Also I'd like to (unfortunately) bring up that RE5 racisim thing up once again. Or should I say, Kym Platt would like to bring the subject up.

It should only stretch to 1080 if you have the system set to 1080. Since the 360 runs in 720 natively, the system would not run the cideo in 1080 otherwise. Unless you're trying to say that CAPCOM or Microsoft originally took the 720 video and made it 1080 native which is just stupid and therefore all involvel should be shot in the stomach and burned alive.

Don't really see the problem. It's called art-style. Same goes for Gears of War and Unreal Tournament. I don't see what the big deal is. It may be unrealistic, but then again it's a video game and they have to do some things with the way graphics are going now a days otherwise all games would end up looking the same. And yes... that's bad.
