[General Discussion] FFVII Compilation Thread

I think that the main reason is due to the fact that most short supplies of AC is because it's mostly movie stores who are selling AC, therefore they arn't aware as to how popular the series really is and they don't want to stock something that won't sell. But as soon as AC FINALLY came out they sold in like twenty-minutes and now everyone has to restock. So just give it a bit of time and it shouldn't be too hard to find a copy of AC. And if you still can't find it within a month or so then there's always E-bay (or whatever you preffer).

I really do feel for all thoes who haven't been able to get AC yet, so in their honor I will watch my copy once a day until the shortage has come to an end.

It looks like you could be right SOLDIER, I checked wikipedia and it has Mae Whitman there for the role of Yuffie (Kindom Hearts Ultimania has the same thing down for Yuffie aswell). As the startup montage sais at the end of the video on DoC this is the final entry in the FFVII series as far as the timeline goes. We still have Crisis Core to come out here, but that is a prequel to FFVII and Yuffie more then likely won't be in it.

Yeah, the double jump is pretty useless. At least it doesn't hinder gameplay. (unless you're trying to use it to get on things that you should be able to jump onto but can't because he couldn't jump that high in the original build)

Seeing how the thread is quiet at the moment perhaps someone can answer a question that a friend and I can't decide on. In FFVII everyone knows that Cloud's attire is purple of course but what is it in FFVII:AC? It's hard to tell if it's black, dark purple navy, whatever. Yes I'm colourblind to solve any arguments you might have. Any answers are appreciated. Thanks

I don't know what you guys are worried about. Too much conversation and cutscenes... have you even played FFVII?? Nor do I know what Retcon or this previously established canon is, but Crisis Core is shaping up to give a lot of depth to the characters that were barely mentioned or were just simple evil figures in the original game. There are lots of questions about the past acts of Shinra and it's members which is looking like Crisis Core is going to answer.

The CC theme is pretty good. Different then what I was expecting, though not really surprised for it is the music that they play during the trailers.

The Last Order Remix is quite good. I can't remember how the original went since it's been a while since I've seen the anime, but this is still a good mix.
