While Diablo II and Morrowind were fantastic of their own right, I'm going to tenatively give this title to Oblivion. I normally don't get too compulsive about games, but Oblivion has just captivated me more than I can explain in words. The gameplay, the graphics, the freedom..... it's truly everything I could want in an RPG. It's impossible to give a conclusive judgement after 4 days, but everything I've seen so far makes me believe that this is the one.
