Who knows if there is a program good enough? It's a beta, which means there's a chance it will fuck stuff up.
A simple way to format without losing all your shit: use PartitionMagic to create a new partition just to move your movies, music, and such onto. Then format just the one drive after you've backed up everything over to the new one. Jam it back in, in the dark.
