Sin City was quite good, though.
The first Batman was really, really damn good. Jack Nicholson as The Joker? You can't do much better than that. Batman Begins was a really good movie, but as far as acting goes, gimme Kim Basinger over Katie Holmes any day. I don't know if it really counts, but American Splendor was a really, really good movie. I guess it was more about the creation of it, though. Jam it back in, in the dark.
