It's definitely a reprint and re-release.
Madden 2005 officially ended the PSone's new releases, but I guess S-E can't stop milking the teat. Besides, I can't imagine how easy it is to reprint PSone games nowadays anyway, so it's not like it would cost them very much in time or money. Maybe if people keep buying it, it'll help them see that FF7 needs a remake. Jam it back in, in the dark.
