I agree with PUG1911, another stick of 512MB RAM will help WOW run better, but so will a better graphics card.
You could get a motherboard that supports PCI-e, but still allows you to keep the same processor. ASUS K8N-E ATX AMD Motherboard - $48 Radeon X850XT XTASY X850XTPCI-E Video Card - OEM - $160 CORSAIR ValueSelect 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM System Memory - $41 KWORLD VS-LTV7131R(RF W/FM) TV Tuner Card - $28 You could leave the TV-Tuner card out, but i don't know if you use it or not. I reckon that you should stick with the Sound card that you have for the moment. Grand Total = $277 Grand Total (w/o TV Tuner) = $249 Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
