Neighbor Issues

Our neighbours to the right of us have a dog that will just not be quiet. I understand that it is not the dogs fault and that it's barking is like us talking, but it does it all day every day. The neighbours don't seem to know how to keep it quite, they even had a dog trainer in at one point, but that didn't make any difference. We also fell out with them over something else as well, but we're not sure what. They just gave us the cold shoulder one day, and barely speak to us since then. I prefer it that way, don't like them much anyway.

The neighbours to the left of us have a habit of playing their music really loudly into the wee hours of the morning, well at leas they used to. I haven't heard it so much lately.
