That system is not crap. Your ad-aware and anti-virus programs probably didn't find all that was/is lurking on your PC. You might want to save any important information and do a fresh install, which as KrazyTaco said, can be done through an ISO of the operating system, you could mount it to drive or possibly burn it to disc.

Burning the ISO to disc will then give you a hard copy of your operating system of choice, so that when you have to install your OS again, you won't have to go through the trouble of downloading it again.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
