I'm in the process of setting myself up with Tiscali, as I have similar requirements that you are after.
As for other ISP's, BT are realiable, but damn exspensive, and as for AOL, well..... let's not go there. I used to be on Supanet, but I found that to be very unreliable. I've heard that Wanadoo (Orange) are quite good as well. Tiscali is probably your best bet. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
