I don't know actually. I constantly get instances of deja vu throughout any given day.
The only plausable way I could think of that counts as a dream coming through is to to have witnessed the moment in a dream but not remember the dream until the incident actually happened, then realise, holy shit, that happened before! Jam it back in, in the dark. |
