Usualy i have a sandwhich of some description (depends what i feel like) or i just have nothing. I'm not a big breakfast person. Never have been. The thought of any sort of food first thing in the morning makes me feel phyiscaly ill most of the time. Doesn't help that my uncle insists on bringing me huge cooked breakfast to me first thing in the morning when i go to vists which is just too much. Full English breakfast? No thanks
