Good God Rapidshare hates me

So like many people I'm fed up of the super long wait time between rapidshare downloads, and much too poor to land my hands on a premium.

Now there's this program, the CMS Grabber, which allows me to run a superhuge proxy list and autodownload stuff, but get this--it doesn't work. While there are already proxies that can be used, the problem is the program itself fails. A proxy that I think supposed to work gives me an "UNPRECIDENTED ERROR" and tells me to save the page and send it to CMS... except for the fact that CMS has been down for the past two months.

Is there a way to solve this? I have a static IP so I cannot flush my connection. Or the best way to quick change proxies on IE so I don't have to deal with rapidshare's waiting game BS.

Thanks for anonymouse, but the Grabber doesn't work for me, as I have stated above.
