[:plant:] What's your favorite game and character of all time? Still weird, but no longer going

I know this sounds weird but I wanna know what game is, in your opinion, the greatest game ever created, and why you believe it's earned that title (please everyone, don't just start listing off the most popular game out there). As for the favorite character part of my question, I just wanted to see if most would reply with ," Sephiroth" or something like that, becaue as cool as he is, I'm still hoping to see a decent variaty of characters out there. I would also like to know why you like these characters so much.

But in the end, Scottie dog put them in jail and did burnouts in the free parking lot on a cannon. It was awesome, I pumped my fist in the air and took a photo of the TV screen with me next to it. That one's going on the right hand corner of my monitor, it will block Windows' digital clock, but time stops when I'm with Scottie dog. I was quite sad to see it end though, due to the fact that the money turned out to be fake, and Scottie dog ended up dropping his dead sister in a lake like a piece of trash. Precious memories. One day I might try out the New Game + mode, I hear they replaced Leicester Square with a dragon.
