If they don't replace the box for you, you can always try going down to your local Blockbuster or something and asking them for one of the empty PSP cases, granted they have a Game Rush/game rental area.
It's pretty unacceptable that they sent that to you. I'd be miffed to, tbh. How ya doing, buddy?
