GITS SAC:Solid State Society

I really liked it , great way to end but again i read somewhere thats its not over yet, the SAC series will continue.
The story was really complex, the reason for making the thread is to ask if there is any detailed analysis somewhere on net. There are some parts that i didn't get correct me if i am wrong

The pupeteer is infact Major, she was saying somehing controlling concurrent bodies so the guy in glasses and major body herself, to fool section9, the guy with glasses also seemed to residing in capsule(where Major is seen working)?
So it must be her doing.

The guy incharge of abduction(Munei) with ideology of eliminating elderly problem by abducting children, how his motive is any different from Major's creation of abduction infrastructure.
Why Munei wanted to assassinate himself by Raj poot?
Rajpoot played pawn by whom?
Did Munei really wanted to kill himself?
Why people are shooting themsleves(why major wants to do that,like implementing suicide kills, what to acheive form these suicides)?

There's nowhere I can't reach.
