I need to drink and eat better. I don't drink water everyday, and when I do it's usually at work because that's all we're allowed to have. I might have 16 ounces per work day, if I'm thirsty enough.

At home, I'm a sodaholic, which I know is terrible for me, but I can't help it. It tastes so good!
