If you mean that CWcheat doesn't have the cheats you want, and you need to add them... Well, I don't remember the EXACT details, but somewhere in there cwcheat folder there's two files, I think they're called 'cheat.db' and 'cheatpops.db'. 'Cheat' is for PSP games, and 'Cheatpops' is for PSX games. Open up cheatpops.db in a text editor, and you'll find a huge list of cheats. It may take a moment or two to load.
Do a search [ctrl+f] for Saga Frontier 2, and hope it's in there already--it'll save you some trouble. If you find it, under the heading you'll find the cheats for it. It'll have something like _L [cheat name] _c0 [cheat code] or something like that. I don't remember the exact letters.
In any case, add the cheats you want [make sure to follow the 'template' that the other entered cheats use] and then you should be able to activate them in game via cwcheat. IF by change Saga Fronter 2 ISN'T listed, you'll have to create an entry for it. Look at how the other games are entered, and make a similar entry for your game, making sure to use the correct game code [it will look something like SLUS-XXXXX], and enter the cheats under that.
It might sound a little confusing, but it works. Hope that helps!
PS - There's also a couple cwcheat utilities out there, but I've never used them. I'm not sure if they work for PSX games, or only with PSP ones. Google it though, you should be able to find them pretty easily. It's worth a try.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
