As far as I know, the Crest thingers work just fine. My mom used them for a while. I'm sure other name brands would work just as well, but I can't vouch for them myself.
The only thing to be wary about with things like this is that they wear away the enamel on your teeth, making them more susceptible to things like decay and cavities. Or something similar to that. My dentist told me I couldn't use them because the enamel on my teeth never really 'developed' or something like that, and so using the strips on my 'damaged' [though not really] teeth would make them even worse. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
