Oh man. Bread with peanut butter baked right in--that sounds awesome. Why didn't I ever think of that? I'll have to try that sometime.
I absolutely love a good sourdough, though. I took a baking and pastry arts course at my local college, and our 'projects' for the first couple weeks was all kinds of different breads. We made some of the best soft dinner rolls I've ever tasted. Along with sourdough. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
