I'm curious what happens to Death Note owner when they die. Are they turning into shinigami? or they become god? or whatever? and I thought FF VII had the worst ending.

Kenji Kawaii or Yoko Kanno...

I concur. But I dont think their music would be suitable for Death note. Their music much-much fitted for anime with lot of actions (FSN, Escaflowne) while Death note appears to be thriller and detective-style anime. How about Shiro Sagisu?

Who handles the music? Japanese movie OST is better than most of hollywood movie music.
