I hope you're not suggesting that people should be punished for things that you happen to find "icky." Indecent exposure, sure, charge the guy, and yeah, maybe he needs to see a psychiatrist. But suggesting that there even exists such a thing as a victimless "crime against nature" seems awfully arbitrary in the context of our de-naturalized technological society.
