how about the new intel core duo 2 which is the AMD killer ..it seems its 17% better than amd in performance.
make sure you have 1 gig of ram minimum, atleast a 6600 gt or 6800 GT graphics card , and a intel 3.4 ghz or AMD 4000+ Jam it back in, in the dark.

the last one is good..but the graphics provided aint gonna do much for you..so you will have to spend some extra bucks and get a decent card. ( i say look for the Geforce 7xxx series)
