I also brush twice a day. I brush immediately after waking up (or after breakfast if I decide to eat breakfast that day) and right before I sleep. I'm habitual about brushing my teeth, and I rarely skip out on brushing at night. Only if I'm too tired to care would I sleep without brushing first. I never forget to brush my teeth in the morning.
