I'm more fond of cold temperatures than hot ones.
In hot temperatures, I tend to feel a bit drowsy. Even if I pull off my six to eight hours of sleep the night before, I mostly end up taking a nap in the middle of a hot day. It kind of bugs me that I've spent an otherwise productive (ha, internet) few hours into sleep which I didn't really need.
During cold days, in addition to sweaters and all that jazz, I can move around at a faster rate to keep myself warm. If I needed to get something done outside, the cold helps motivates me to get it done that much faster.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
