Yo. Bumping this thread because I've been playing the MGO demo, and I fully intend to play the real MGO once I get MGS4, which I have been meaning to do for a while now.
So, just checking to see if any of you guys are still active in MGO. Oh, and the demo is on a seperate server, I confirmed this with a random PSN friend the other night. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
Everyone got bored huh? Seems like a pretty decent game to me, especially considering the base game comes free with MGS4. Oh well. Guess I am just too late to the party.
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Yeah, that's why I like it. While you can still semi-successfully play it as a run-n-gun game like CS, it really becomes a game of its own when you apply stealth tactics.
Plus, in most shooters the best feeling of accomplishment you can get is going on a headshot spree and staying alive for a good K/D ratio. In MGO not only can you do that, but you can also utterly humiliate people in the process. Trap them with a skin magazine, shoot em in the head with a tranq gun while they're helpless, and then knife them while they're asleep. They'll probably remember that one. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
