asus c90s, anyone have one? (gaming laptop)
hey, does anyone know if the c90s is any good? i've heard mixed reviews. its supposed to be totally upgradeable and uses all PC components. and the last review i read said that it didn't support quad core because of thermal issues, which was kind of weird when i found this;
ASUS c90s mrk4 Asus C90s gaming laptop Q6600 QUADCORE 160GB Laptops PCs and Displays seems kind of dodgy, there is a e6700 intel processor that comes with it, which seems good enough. so does anyone have one or know if there would be any problems with it? because it seems kind of impossible to put PC parts into a laptop without it exploding after a day. and it can also overclock the CPU which will definately make it explode. so does it actually work? Jam it back in, in the dark.

thanks for the replys, i'll check out the other laptops that you mentioned.
sorry but i do prefer xp, i had it for 6 months and it took at least 10 minutes to get to the desktop, and that was with 2 gig of RAM, so i switched back, but i'm gonna reinstall it once SP1 comes out just to see what improvements there are. thanks for the suggestions, much appreciated, oh i don't know if anyone is intereste but asus are releasing the c90p i think which has the 8700m gt card, which is GDDR3 with 512mb but otherwise its exactly the same as the c90s. There's nowhere I can't reach.
