Guh, Conan...
Look, this show is based on an actual manga where the moves are these aura attacks like the dragon and wolf you saw in episode one. The only reason I can understand you thinking they're gags or something retarded like that is that the CG looks so out of place and unnatural mixed with the rest of 2d show. I really wish animators would stop using CG as an easy way out. Mar suffers from the same thing although its CG models are actually pretty damn good. They just look really out of place because they use so many more frames per sec making the actual anime characters look choppy when mixed in movement. Jam it back in, in the dark.

I think you're just putting WAY too much thought (absurd thought) into a very simple anime. If you want an anime that has tons of references that go over your head every 5 seconds then go watch Pani Poni Dash.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
