I watched all of BGC 2040 and while the action was fun and the transformation of the city and aliens and such were mildly interesting and the biosuits awesome I found myself bored. Some of the characters were amusing but over all I found watching it more of a chore than entertaining.
Maybe the original series and the OVAs are better. There's also spin-off series like AD Police that I'd like to take a look at since those characters were much more interesting than the main set of heroes. Jam it back in, in the dark.
