Read at your own discretion but if it's right, and it's a nice selection of characters that are perfectly reasonable and make sense, then Brawl will have a nice 42 characters total.

Geno is property of Square-Enix. He was an original character created by Square for Super Mario RPG (I imagine all non-mushroom kingdom regulars in the game also belong to Square-Enix) and made a cameo in Superstar Saga. It even states in the credits of Superstar Saga that he is property of Square-Enix.

I kind of expected today to be Olimar's Special Moves so it would have been nice to get a double update with some music or something.

I wonder what his standard attack moves will be like. More likely than not he'll be grabbing Pikmin and swinging them around instead of throwing or something. The Pikmin chain looks hilarious. =)

Dunno. Says pretty clearly in their Terms of Use section that they reserve the right to cancel all those orders. They will either contact you about the order asking if you want to pay the new price or to cancel it or contact your saying your order has been canceled. Tough cookies if they do but it's within their right. I'm just informing you to keep a level eye out for this so you don't miss out.

Actually, seems we haven't heard about about that PC game since last year so it may have been canceled. However you are correct in that they're making a golf game WITH CAPCOM. So yeah, the only good thing you'll probably see from Camelot is Waluigi and while I think he's hilarious a lot of people will argue that he's terrible so yeah some wonderful points for Camelot.

See but Golden Sun isn't a new franchise to anyone. It's time has been long been over with no reprisal. Fire Emblem had been worked on over and over in Japan and was a strong franchise. Then when they brought it over they actually KEPT MAKING FIRE EMBLEM GAMES. As far as I'm concerned Golden Sun is over. And honestly what is a Golden Sun character going to do that Pokemon Trainer, Ike, and Captain Olimar don't already cover. All Golden Sun characters would likely feel like a clonish mish-mash. I could see Golden Sun characters as Assist Trophies considering they have an equally dead franchise of Sin & Punishment with an assist trophy. A playable character I highly doubt.

Skills, I've never been afraid of killing a Smash Bros thread in the past. While people enjoy them they are for the most part awful and not noteworthy. We had some great times on the spoiler road over at SB but that's over for the most part and I'm okay with that. Right, back to the advice on killing Smash Bros threads. Don't be afraid to do it. Just leave a link or something in the closing post to the new threads and possibly a tiny link in the new threads' opening posts to the terrible biohazard that is this thread.
